Here is a sample menu that we have put together for a wedding in September for you to have a look at, as all our menus are tailor made to suit our clients needs.

- Roasted Clonakilty black pudding with Cod egg and sauce Benedict
- Vegetable soup of the day (lactose, gluten and coeliac friendly)

- Mint crust rack of lamb served with a red wine jus

Mortell catering has a one function per day policy and stays with his client until they are fully satisfied with their service.

Mortell catering pride ourselves that we are the only restaurant in Limerick, to be accepted by BIM Seafood Ireland, this guarantees that all the fish we use is Irish and hand picked from the market by myself. Our beef is sourced from our local butcher Mr Ray Conlon who rears and slaughters his own cattle.
